texastodayelimcgowan: this is a picture of the work of the mexican drug cartels this type of stuff goes on all the time across the border and I think we shouldnt wait till it crosses our border to do something about it I’d love to know what the hell Felipe Calderón the current President of Mexico does with his time because it sure as hell isnt protecting his people or building up his country 16,466 people were killed in 2011 and hundreds of death threats are made to reporters living on the Texas border who attempt to report the violence going on in the towns on both sides of the border. “The Mexican drug war” has been going on for 5 years and 162 days in Mexico with the highest estimate of deaths coming up to 60,420 if the Mexican army cannot put a stop to this mindless killing then someone has to. I live 333 miles away from country who watches thier citizens being killed and terrorized daily either Felipe Calderón can come down from his pile of money and bodies and do something to stop the killings or the U.S. should step in I don’t see how our country can continue to watch these innocent defenseless people being killed especially when so many of thier family members are our neighbors.
